Every word is required, in any order. Put a phrase in "double quotes" to keep it together. A canto number on its own is read as the Inferno, since all three canticas number from one; every result says which cantica it is in.
Text: Dante Alighieri, The Divine Comedy, in Henry Wadsworth Longfellow’s translation of 1867 — public domain, from Project Gutenberg ebook 1004, set unaltered. All one hundred cantos, 14,336 lines, the tercets and Longfellow’s own indents kept as he set them. The summary at the head of each canto of the Inferno is from the translator’s contents; the other two canticas have none in this edition, and none has been written for them.
